This is an excellent flange in absolutely outstanding condition, marked "M-1031 A-M 3-54". One side has been cleaned and shows some very minor surface scratching and staining to the paint. The other side is still covered in rice paper residue that needs to be cleaned off. It otherwise has minor areas of storage wear to the field on both sides, and only very minor paint loss to one side of the flange, but mainly just staining to the paint. This is an excellent piece that will display beautifully in your collection.
