German. Largest size variation of this toy. Nice lithography around top and bottom piece is handpainted. Toy consists of six original bisque dolls in swings that move around base when in operation. Two original flags, American and French, on top. Some paint flaking and wear throughout and one flag is missing from top.

Condition: (Excellent).
