July 12-14, 2022 Collectible Firearms & Militaria
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 7/14/2022
The SR-25 was adopted in May of 2000 as a semi-automatic sniper rifle that could offer faster engagement time and deliver accurate fire further than the standard rifleman. It was a mainstay of SOCOM until 2017, when it was eventually replaced by the SSR MK20 currently fielded. This example has the appropriate Knights Armament 7.62QDC silencer which attaches to the flash hider via ball bearings, Knights Armament URX upper protecting a dimpled barrel, sand cut bolt, correct manufacturer rollmarks on magazine well, ambidextrous lower, KAC branded fire control parts. 8 position LMT SOPMOD stock. A2 style grip, KAC 2 stage trigger. Extended latch. KAC flip up back up sights. In correct KAC branded black plastic case with manual sling studs and lock. Accompanied by the Pelican deployment kit with 6 extra magazines, cleaning supplies, sling, magazine pouches, cleaning rod, and bore guide. CONDITION: Very good. Desert tan finish has handling marks and rubs throughout that one would expect from use, with heavier marks on left side that one would expect from use (comb of stock has more marks on left side for example). Mechanically fine, bore is excellent with strong rifling. Silencer has some carbon build up but overall excellent. Deployment kit and KAC case are excellent, many accessories appear NOS, unopened. These rifles are extremely desirable, and finding one with the suppressor and kit is scarce. THIS LOT CONTAINS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. EMW
