Lot consists of 5 socket bayonets. (A) Civil War import Austrian 1807 bayonet. Long flat, saber blade, socket with locking ring and straight mortise. CONDITION: Good. Brown surface, light rust. Locking ring frozen, but will loosen up. (B) 1795 style for bottom lug. Small "1" on base of blade. CONDITION: Good. One chip from top blade surface. (C) Hall rifle bayonet. 1816 type mortise with wider, off-center bridge arch. CONDITION: Very good. (D) French 1754. "F / fleur de lis / B" blade mark. CONDITION: Very good. Generally smooth metal on blade. Light surface rust to socket. (E) 1795 era. "US" on face of neck. Set up for bottom stud. CONDITION: Very good. Smooth metal, gray with dark gray, good edge and point.
