This lot of two Hires root beer ads consists of a small sized cardboard ad. showing the famous singer Josh Slinger as the soda jerk with the graphic, " Thirsts gently Suffocated by the Hires System 5¢ per suff". Condition is new, old stock and is framed in an old oak frame and shows no condition issues. The second piece is a Hires paper advertisement. This would have been an advertisement that was sent to dealers. Basically shows a young man with a lady who is clearly upset, offering a Hires root beer saying, "At least we on Hires." The ad at the bottom shows that you can order from your dealer or call Spruce 3643 to order. This is an unused advertisement and is matted and ready for framing.
