Strong bold colors. Graphic of man in workshop dressing wound. Marked "Baltimore Badge & Novelty Company" in Detroit, Michigan. This celluloid over cardboard ad is in astonishingly good condition. Bottom right corner reads "Heals: Bruises, Burns, Wounds, etc. Cures: Eczema, Salt Rheum, Abscesses, Cracked Skin, etc.". One small issue at the top where the original rope hanger has broken through the ad.
