This is a cast iron piece with a clock in the center. It is marked "Regent M'F'G. Co., Chicago, Ills.". The cast iron piece is marked "Roseine / To be Used with Soap / E. W. Gillet. / London. Toronto. Chicago.". It has two graphic images of owls sitting on moons on each side of the clock. It has a great patina and a great look.
