This is a signed piece stamped "COPYRIGHT PENNSYLVANIA RUBBER COMPANY AN INDEPENDENT COMPANY WITH AN INDEPENDENT SELLING POLICY BRANCHES IN ALL CENTERS." It is lithoed on thick grainy paper housed in a contemporary frame with contemporary matting. Very rare to find with full advertising sheet attached!
