Some surface scratching throughout, some porcelain loss on edges and on flange. The top right hand corner has been bent over. Two bullet holes in the field which does not distract from the graphic image of man hanging upside down using Breinig's Pure Paints. Script reads "On the Top Covers Best. On the Top Wears Longest. For Sale Here". Stamped "ingram-Richardson, Beaver Falls, Pa". Displays better than described.
