Has a contemporary mat and frame, showing the iconic Uncle Sam dressed in stars and stripes, reading "Louisville Real Estate & Development Co. / D. C. Clarke, Gen. Mgr. - Louisville, Ky". Bright colors and bold graphics, with a small monkey at the center right-hand side, stating "The Sam What Am". A sure hit in any collection. There is some slight water staining in the top section consisting three small water stain spots only noticeable by close examination. Stamped in the bottom right-hand corner "Goes-Chicago." Bottom left-hand corner is stamped "Copyright D.C. Clarke, 1915".
