This is a small size charger sign, advertising Richmond Straight Cut Cigarettes, with an early English settler lighting up his Richmond Straight Cut Cigarette. CONDITION: There area areas of paint loss to the outside edges, areas of fading to the blue in the rim. The "20 for 15¢" logo on either side was probably overpainted at one time and it is likely that the paint was attempted to be removed. There are scratches and scrapes to the main interior graphic.
