This Flowels Orange-Julep dispenser is complete with a period pump. CONDITION: No chips noted to the pump rim and a small flea-bite chip to the edge of the bottom rim. The paint to the dispenser shows fading and ground in dirt which could be greatly improved with a good cleaning.
