Colt Pre-Ban AR 15 A2 Sporter II chambered in .223 Remington. Rifle has factory phosphate coating and A2 style features including the front sight, handguard, muzzle device, pistol grip, carry handle, and stock. 20" barrel marked "C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7". Left side of receiver marked with caliber, model, serial, and 3-line manufacturer information along with Rampant Colt and "COLT" symbols. Serrated tear drop style forward assist. Colt forge marks on upper and "C" marked bolt. Attached nylon sling. Does not include magazine. CONDITION: Very good with almost all original finish remaining. Light signs of oxidation from storage. Light scratching and handling marks on furniture. Bright bore and crisp rifling. Good mechanics. GFP.
