U.S. M-1 Garand semi-automatic rifle with receiver built by Springfield Arsenal post-World War II. 24" military finish barrel, "SA" marked, dated "12-53", devoid of import marks, marked "NM" towards muzzle, and star and "P" "T" markings near barrel date. Stamped trigger group with all "SA" parts. Cut "SA" marked op-rod with "NM" marking on top and "SA" marked bolt. Walnut stock with "CMP" markings and correct hardware. Correct late style military sights. Comes with CMP letter of authenticity. CONDITION: 90%+ arsenal refinished metal with 90% remaining arsenal replaced stock. Excellent bore with ME of 1 and TE of 2 with excellent mechanics. DLM
