This piece is marked "Advertise & Skills Co." CONDITION: This piece is complete with the original bottle and hardware. The cap in place is an added reproduction, but the original cap is included, although it is glued back together at the bottom of the section towards the lock. There appears to be minor scratches to the graphic and minor areas of rusting on the metal. This piece is in working condition.
Condition: (7.0 - 7.5).
