This is a wonderful stainless steel and marble complete soda fountain that has been in the family since it was installed in the 1940’s. Most likely built in the 1920’s, the fountain carries the serial number 3516-7. Constructed with two-tone marble with a marble shelf and Art Deco design, with a complete refrigeration unit for ice cream dips and toppings. Includes a working sink, two carbonated water dispensers and eight syrup dispensers, marked "Chocolate", "Lemon", "Vanilla", "Root Beer", "Cherry", "Lemon", "Coca-Cola" and one that is blank. The soda fountain comes with a set of five cast iron stools, four of which have the original brass footrests, with original vinyl seating and black paint over fluted cast iron columns. This comes with a multitude of accessories, including a porcelain fountain service Coca-Cola sign. Comes with original parts catalog and booklets. CONDITION: Shows the top marble is cracked at about the 55% mark across the full front. If installed properly, the crack would be difficult to see. Demonstrates other marble components that once put into place in the new home will need to reattached and re-glued. The seats show areas of paint loss missing one footrest. The Coca-Cola sign shows chipping to the outside edges primarily in the upper-right and lower-right corners. Columns show loss and flaking of paint. Complete interior.
