Sterling Mk IV manufactured by DLO. The left side of the receiver tube is stamped "DLO STAMFORD, CT" followed by the serial number. Top of magazine well bears a partially discernible boxed "STERLING" stamp above "SMG / "9m/m MK4 (L2A3)" above the former serial number. Safety selector switch is marked "A", "R", and "S". Major metal components exhibit a black "wrinkle" finish, while some smaller components are parkerized. Grip is comprised of black checkered plastic. This example is accompanied by 5 spare 34-round magazines. CONDITION: Excellent, with metal components retaining virtually all of their reapplied black "wrinkle" finish, exhibiting few minor marks from storage and handling overall. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting sharp and well defined lands and grooves throughout. Grip exhibits a few marks from handling and storage, but is otherwise fine. An extremely attractive and high condition Sterling Mk IV submachine gun. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER.
