Avenger .45 ACP submachine manufactured by Hatton Industries. The right side of the frame bears the Cobray logo above "MANUFACTURED EXLUSIVELY FOR/ JERSEY ARMS WORKS, INC. / WESTMONT, N.J. / UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", with the left side of the frame stamped "MODEL - AVENGER / SERIES - COMMANDO / CALIBER - 45 ACP" above the serial number. Major metal components exhibit a gray parkerized finish, with some components being blued. Rear of grip features a black polymer grip extension. Rear of frame is mounted with a non-folding collapsible buttstock. CONDITION: Metal components retain the vast majority of their factory applied finishes, exhibiting some scattered superficial handling marks and a few areas of mild wear. Bore is bright, exhibiting what appears to be some hardened firing residue and retains strong rifling throughout. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
