HK94 originally manufactured by Heckler & Koch in 1983 and imported by HK Inc, this example was subsequently converted by Hard Times Armory into a registered receiver MP5 machine gun. The top of the receiver is stamped "HK94", followed by the serial number "540" a German "(Eagle) / N" commercial nitro proof, "ID" (83) date code, as well as an Ulm Proof House stamp. Left side of receiver is stamped "H.T. ARMQRY", with the right stamped "SMYRNA, GA.". Selector switch is marked "0", "1", and "A" on the left side, with the right side bearing the standard "0" and "1" HK94 trigger housing markings. Metal components exhibit a matte gray enamel finish, while the forend, pistol grip, and the collapsible buttstock's buttplate are comprised of black polymer. CONDITION: Metal components retain bountiful amounts of their matte gray enamel finish, exhibiting few superficial handling marks from storage and handling, as well as some minor flaking on a couple edges. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Polymer furniture is excellent. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
