This is a registered Fleming auto-sear in a “tabbed” 3-position pictograph lower on a Michael’s Machines 5.56mm heavy barreled host gun. Marked on right side of magazine, “Michael’s Machines / Edwardsville, IL / MM13 5.56 cal.” Gun features quick-change heavy barrel as well as bipod and carrying handle. Pieces of felt and black tape are at the contact points to preserve the original finish. Birdcage style flash hider at muzzle. Electronic NFA Registry indicates “FLEMING, WILLIAM DBA FLEMING FIREARMS” as the manufacturer. PROVENANCE: From the collection of esteemed NFA firearms enthusiast and collector J. R. Moody. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent original black hard coat finish with some barely discernable loss of finish to the high edges at the bipod contact point. Composite furnishings of buttstock and pistol grip near excellent. Bore is and bolt are near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select-fire machine gun.
