U.S. M-1 Carbine made by I.B.M. between August, 1943 and May 1944. 18" "IBM Corp." marked undated barrel with "P" stamp and standard military front sight and early flip rear sight with import markings. "BE-B" marked stamped trigger group with push button safety. Correct round "AOB" marked bolt with "PI" marked slide. Walnut low wood "IO" marked stock, uncut for M-2. Unmarked walnut 2 rivet topwood. Comes with reproduction G.I. woven sling and oiler. Missing magazine. CONDITION: 80% original arsenal finish with heavy carry wear. Wood has heavy usage marks and dings with cleaned surface. Good bore with ME of 2 and good crisp mechanics.
