U.S. M-1 Carbine made by Standard Products between April, 1943 and May 1944. 18" "Underwood" marked dated "1-43" barrel with "P" stamp and standard military front sight and early flip rear sight with import markings. Unmarked stamped trigger group with flip safety and later magazine catch. Co "EM-Q" marked flat bolt with "PI" marked slide. Walnut low wood "STD PROD" marked stock, uncut for M-2. "HI" marked walnut 2 rivet topwood. Comes with G.I. woven sling and oiler. "S-O" marked 15 round magazine. CONDITION: 80% original arsenal finish with heavy carry wear. Wood has heavy usage marks and dings with cleaned surface. Good bore with ME of 2 and good crisp mechanics.
