This is Hires Root Beer counter clamp syrup dispenser from the 1940's. It has a porcelain base and aluminum hopper with original spigot. CONDITION: Shows light chipping, porcelain counter clamp base with a nice upper hopper where the Hires Root Beer advertisement is. Missing lid.
