U.S. M-1 Carbine made by Underwood between July 1943 and March 1944. 18" "Underwood" marked "12-43"dated barrel with "P" stamp and standard military front sight and late rear sight with import markings. Barrel fitted with late style bayonet mount front sling band. "Rock-Ola" marked stamped trigger group with flip safety. Flat "IO" marked bolt with "Rock-Ola" marked slide. Walnut low wood "TN" marked stock, uncut for M-2. "LW" marked walnut 4 rivet topwood. Comes with reproduction G.I. woven sling and oiler, reproduction canvas mag pouch, and unmarked 15 round magazine. CONDITION:95% reapplied finish with light edge wear. Wood has been cleaned with usage marks and dings. Good bore with ME of 2 and good crisp mechanics.
