Early production M10 submachine gun manufactured by Military Armament Corporation of Powder Springs, Georgia. The right side of the frame bears the Military Armament Corp. logo above "INGRAM M10, CAL 9MM PAR/ MILITARY ARMAMENT CORP/ POWDER SPRINGS, GA, USA" followed by the safety switch markings and serial number. The right side of the frame bears the standard "SEMI" and "FULL" selector markings, with an unusual "US" stamp at the rear of the frame. Blued magazine bears the MAC logo and is stamped "MP9mm" on the side. Metal components exhibit a parkerized finish. This example is mounted with its original matching silencer and is accompanied by a black leather case containing a cleaning rod and spare mainspring. CONDITION: Metal components retain the majority of their original factory finish, exhibiting areas of wear showing through to silvering, as well as some superficial marks from handling and storage. Very bright bore, exhibiting strong rifling throughout. The silencer exhibits some mild marks from handling and storage and some firing residue. Case exhibits exterior wear but is otherwise sturdy and serviceable. THESE ARE NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEMS AND REQUIRE BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THESE ITEMS ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORMS 3 OR 4.
