American. Wind-up mechanism is working but needs flint to spark. Marked "Buck Rogers Rocket Police Patrol" on both sides. Toy has nice three dimensional lithographed figures of Buck Rogers point space rifle from cockpit. Tail fin is a replacement, scuffing to bottoms, and moderate overall scratching.

Condition: (Good - Very Good).
