Lot consists of: (A) Imperial German pickelhaube with Prussian plate. Cockades appear original, chinstrap is a reproduction. Gray furniture. Brown leather sweatband. Regimentally marked "J.R.82" on rear visor. Dated "1916" size "53" on interior crown. Solid body, scattered surface cracking throughout. Nice patina. Dusty. CONDITION: Good, "out of the woodwork." (B) Imperial German pickelhaube with Prussian plate. National Colors cockade and chinstrap appear to be original, Prussian cockade is likely a reproduction. Brass plate with gray furniture. Black leather sweatband with leather tie string. Illegible regimental mark on rear visor. Slightly misshapen with obvious cracks. A small tag attached to the liner attributes this pickelhaube to "Myers War Museum." Nice patina. Dusty. CONDITION: Fair, "out of the woodwork." (C) Imperial German pickelhaube with Prussian plate. Each side appears National Colors cockade and appear original while the chinstrap is a reproduction. Gray furniture. Black leather sweatband Marked size "55". There is a white tag affixed to the interior, which is possibly the German soldier's name and unit. Scattered blemishes with separating visor trim. Nice patina. Dusty. CONDITION: Fair, "out of the woodwork."
