Lot consists of: (A) Imperial German Baden pickelhaube. Cockades appear original, chinstrap is a reproduction. Nice original crest and hardware. Black leather sweatband. Rear visor marked "54". Interior crown is regimentally marked "J.R.111 / 1915" (possibly Infantry Regiment 111 or Recruiting Depot 111) written in white paint. Crest is loose and missing pins, secured by 1 diaper pin. Nice shape and body with only minor cracks. Dusty. CONDITION: Good, "out of the woodwork". (B) Imperial German Baden pickelhaube. Cockades appear original, chinstrap is a reproduction. Nice original crest and hardware. Spine exhibits slight separation. Brown leather sweatband with tie string. Interior crown is regimentally marked "J.R.111 / 1915", same unit as (A) written in white paint. Rear visor exhibits warping. Nice shape and body with minor cracking. Dusty. CONDITION: Good, "out of the woodwork". A nice set of Baden pickelhaubes regimentally marked to the same unit.
