A circa 1870-1880 fully beaded cradle with blue beaded background on Native tanned buffalo hide. Decorated in a traditional geometric motif in colorful, yellow, red, dark blue, and green patterns. Mounted to wood slats studded with brass tacks. Has an old inscription "J. A. Harding" on the inside lining. Beaded cover is 25” long with the sticks being 40 - 1/2” tall.
