M3 "Grease Gun" manufactured by the U.S. Guide Lamp Division of General Motors. The left side of the receiver is stamped "SUB-MACH. GUN/ CAL.45 M3" above a stylized "guide", crossed cannon proof, and the serial number. Metal components exhibit a standard gray/green parkerized finish. Features include an M9 flash hider, oiler, exterior charging handle, blade front sight, peep rear sight, and a collapsible wire buttstock. Complete with 1 blued 30-round magazine. NFA Registry indicates "FORM 1 REGISTRATION" in the manufacturer block and "M3" in the model block. CONDITION: Very good overall, with metal components retaining the majority of their parkerized finishes, exhibiting some small mild spots of wear and some scattered superficial marks from handling and storage overall. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting sharp and well-defined rifling throughout. A very attractive example of a U.S. World War II M3 submachine gun.
