M10 submachine manufactured by Military Armament Corp. of Powder Springs, Georgia. The left side of the receiver bears the Military Armament Corp. logo, followed by stampings stipulating the model and caliber designations, as well as the manufacturer information. Major metal components are parkerized, while the barrel is blued. Barrel is mounted with a matching Military Armament Corp silencer fitted with a black sleeve cover. This example is accompanied by a black canvas soft case containing 1 spare aftermarket magazine, 1 custom extended magazine, a thread-on MP5K pattern forend, and a composite magazine loader. NFA Registry lists "MILITARY ARMAMENT CORP" in the manufacturer block and "M10" in the model block. CONDITION: Metal components retain the majority of their parkerized finish, exhibiting mild wear and scattered superficial marks from storage and handling, with some areas of discoloration that are mainly present on the left side of the receiver. Very bright bore, exhibiting some light pitting, light firing residue, and good rifling throughout. Silencer exhibits some firing residue and requires new wipes but is otherwise fine. THESE ARE NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEMS AND REQUIRE BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THESE ITEMS ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORMS 3 OR 4.
