Custom Shop special order Special Field style 28 Gauge 1100 with "DW5" serial number. A pair of 22 - 3/4" and 27 - 1/4" ventilated rib barrels are included with double bead sights, screw-in Remchokes, and matching "DW" markings. Polished blued finished with engraved markings, scroll engraved bolt, and gold washed trigger. Diamond checkered walnut forend. Matching checkered, figured walnut straight grip stock with "DW" inscribed toe line vanity plate and black rubber Decelerator butt pad. CONDITION: Excellent. Virtually all of the factory-applied blue is retained throughout. Wood is very fine with a few light marks. Fine bright bores, possibly unfired since the factory. Fine mechanics. A very attractive and rare special order 1100 field gun.
