German. Working. Marked "Felix Copyright Pat Sullivan" on front and rear of toy and figure in rear is marked "Felix" on both sides. Figures are articulated and move up and down when toy is pushed or pulled. Some slight spots of corrosion on base and wheels and scratching and wear to figures.
