An iconic World War II submachine gun, the Sten and its variants saw extensive usage with England and its Commonwealth nations both during and after the War due to its simplicity and inexpensive manufacture. This example is stamped with the serial number "FQ72398" on the left side of the receiver and underside of the magazine well housing. Metal components exhibit a thick black enamel finish. This example is accompanied by 1 spare parkerized magazine. NFA Registry lists "FORM 2 REGISTRATION" in the manufacturer block. CONDITION: Very good, with metal components retaining the majority of their black enamel finish, exhibiting some flaking and minor wear that shows through to silvering. Bright bore with strong rifling throughout. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
