American. Working. Celluloid figures of Popeye and Brutus in ring. Original ring ropes and nice lithographed base with Popeye characters around four sides. When in operation, figures spin around to simulate fighting action while bell rings. Some minor scratching to base and fading to Brutus' hat.

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
