Japanese. Working. Marked "King Features Syndicate Linemar Japan" on back of toy. Popeye has original wooden pipe bowl and original netting. Lithography is bright and clean. Very little wear to backboard with lithographed depictions of Olive Oyl and Wimpy on top. Ball has some wear to bottom.
