Hochgreve Beer Porcelain Corner Sign, Hochgreve Brewing Co., Green Bay, WI. Incredible example of this difficult-to-find seven-color porcelain brewery sign. Manufactured by The Burdick Sign Co., marked "B.S. Co, 52 STATE ST. CHICAGO" on the bottom edge. Has the original corner sign bracket on the back. CONDITION: The condition of this sign is outstanding. Very minor edge wear with one mark just to the right of the "H". The backside of the sign has typical wear, with a lot of the original manufacturer's color process showing. This is great to see in itself. The colors on the front are brilliant and the gloss is amazing. The colors match up to today's Green Bay Packers as well. One of the best known examples.
