A nice example of this colorful sign from the Topper Café, featuring colorful neon lights and hand-painted background. CONDITION: Side one shows area of paint loss and surface scratches throughout the field. It appears that the Topper Café letters may have been enhanced at some point in the distant past. Neon tubing has been modernized and functions well displaying nicely. (8.0). Side two shows areas of paint loss and scratching throughout the field. Most of the damage is isolated towards the outer edges of the sign, but not exclusively. Neon tubing has been modernized and functions properly, displaying well. (8.0). In total, this is a good-looking and desirable sign that would make an impact in any collection.
