Beautifully mounted with nylon line in a large plexiglass-covered frame. Complete with original envelope that is hand-lettered "Snowman Festoon" in black crayon and "Canadian Sample" in pencil. Envelope also has a label from "Dyment Ltd." Condition is spectacular with just some very minor rubs from plexiglass vibrations, very minor edge bends, and the smallest of any type of mark. This is the only example we have ever seen and it is very likely the only one known.
