American. Pre-war. This set consists of extremely rare no. 255E steam locomotive with non-whistling Vanderbilt tender, no. 2810 crane car, no. 2814 boxcar, no. 2812 gondola, no. 2815 silver Sunoco tank car, and no. 2817 red caboose. Locomotive frame is replaced and repainted and steam chest and boiler front are good originals. Tender is missing interior whistle. Overall, set shows play wear, scratching, and some dents throughout.
