American. Pre-war. Magnificent set consisting of no. 263E locomotive in gray with no. 263W whistling tender, no. 812 light green gondola, no. 814 brown and yellow boxcar, and no. 817 all red caboose. Includes original set box and all individual boxes. Locomotive has a few stanchions loose and scratching but its frame and boiler front are perfect. Tender has some fraying to replaced whistle wires. Set box is in very nice condition and would grade 8.5/10. Individual boxes grade from 8-8.5/10.
