SST. Maker marked, "Beach Art Display." A nice example of this c. 1907 self-framed tin sign from Hires Root Beer, featuring the ugly boy graphic. CONDITION: The field of the sign shows area of pitting and crazing, but still displays very nicely. Self-framed outer edge shows wear and paint loss. Appears to have been some varnish dripped in isolated areas to the extreme upper edge of the sign. However, it displays nicely and would be an excellent addition to any collection.
