Pre-Prohibition 1900s to 1910s Lotus Export "Finest Pale Beer Brewed" table tip tray, Adam Scheidt Brewing Co., Norristown, PA. Great detail on the labeled bottle with porcelain stopper example. One of the set of four tip trays. "Manufactured by Kaufmann & Strauss Co. NY." marked on the lower edge of the face. CONDITION: Clean overall, no denting, with some wear. When held at an exact angle in the proper light the tip tray shows some very light marks to the gloss and some minor roughness on the face below the "S" in "Scheidt" on the rim. Typical manufacturer paint chipping and wear to the outer rim edge on this tip tray. Beautiful example.
