SST, DST. A collection of two c. 1960s Firestone and Pennzoil painted metal signs. CONDITION: (A) The Firestone sign has good color and gloss, with minor areas of surface scratching and staining in the field of the piece. The outer edges of the sign show multiple areas of staining, as well as paint loss, most notably on the bottom edge of the piece. (8.0). (B) The Pennzoil double-sided rack topper has good color and shine on both sides, with very minor fade to the bell. The sign shows areas of surface scratching and surface staining on both sides and has an added hole above the "Y" of "Your." (7.9). Overall, an excellent collection of early pieces, perfect for any collection.
