Service Station Oil Pump manufactured by Phillips Pump & Tank Company showing a full restoration in Skelly Motor Oils. CONDITION: Restoration is overall excellent showing bright colors and excellent gloss. Pump shows a Skelly Motor Oil decal at the face with no notable wear other that some fine surface scratches. An excellent displaying piece.
