Manufactured in 1944. Phosphate finished with threaded barrel, hooded blade front sight, and tangent rear. Later production rough forged reviver stamped on the left with WaA359 proof, "G43" designation, serial number, and "ac 44" code. Siderail sports a "dow" code ZFK 43 scope numbered "46994" with reproduction covers and an unnumbered WaA214 marked base. Scope is possibly postwar production. Red glue laminate stock numbered "9885" on the toeline with a WaA359 proof on the left side. Complete with "cgb" magazine and leather sling. CONDIION: Very good. The majority of the fading arsenal finishes are retained on the rifle. Stock has been cleaned with an added coat of varnish. Very good, bright bore with sharp rifling. Fine mechanics. Optic is lightly clouded.
