Lot consists of: (A) June 6, 1863 edition of Harper's Weekly obviously loaded with topics regarding the Union's progress during the Civil War. Obvious edge wear, stains, and fading. CONDITION: Fair. (B) 1826 New Jersey Almanac with obvious edge wear, stains, and fading. CONDITION: Fair. (C) 1890 program for Ulysses S. Grant's birthday banquet. Appears complete with all pages and also appears to have been secured by a blue ribbon which is now separated. Edge wear in some areas with obvious yellowing. Text remains legible with clear image of Grant on cover. CONDITION: Good. (D) January 7, 1899 program for a dinner in honor of Admiral William T. Sampson. Appears complete with all pages. Nice graphic on cover which has not suffered from the yellowing. Edges are good with light wear. Pages are good with legible text and light wear. Remains intact and secured by 2 red, white, and blue ribbons. CONDITION: Good.
