A well displaying clock with a Texaco theme featuring the iconic star logo and advertising line "Trust your car to the man who wears the star." This clock has some original parts but has been heavily modified and embellished to achieve its Texaco theme. CONDITION: The outer face of the clock (where the numbers are) is original and there is some slight smearing to the letters, which was likely a factory flaw. The inside face is not original, but displays nicely and has three functioning clock hands. The top marquis is not original but displays nicely and has no mentionable damage. The entire frame and body of the clock has been newly fabricated and very nicely painted with a automotive metallic green paint. The piece has a modern power cord. In total, while not entirely original, this is still a well displaying clock and would look nice in any collection.
