DST. Maker Marked "A-M 1-55." A nice example of this C. 1950's double sided tin display sign and stand from Exide batteries. CONDITION: Side 1 is exceptionally clean with only the tiniest amount of edge wear along the bottom. The gloss and colors are wonderful (Score 97). Side 2 remains similarly clean with exceptional color and shine. There is some very minor discoloration on the left edge of the sign, and some hardly mentionable paint wear on the bottom right corner (Score 97). The stand and frame of the sign are also near-mint with only the slightest areas of crazing to the paint and wear near the bottom. An exceptional and likely new-old-stock example.
