AGS CERTIFIED #11181. Single 13.5" Globe Lens on Original Milk Glass Body. An outstanding and rare piece of C. 1930's Advertising from Western Motor Gasoline, a company of unknown origin and history but known to have produced three variations of Gas Globes while operating. This eye appealing lens features an excellent Western scene with Cowboys riding through the desert as well as unique Western script atop. CONDITION: Lens is overall excellent showing outstanding color with very limited surface wear. Lens shows some minor wear in the white backing near the lower edge as well as some faint wear at the edge. Lens is mounted with original screws as well as original caulk around the entire lens. Lens is mounted on its original Hull body which shows excellent color & gloss with no notable body damage as well as a chip free base. An excellent displaying example of this scarce piece of Gasoline Advertising.
